The Economic Development Corporation just announced a winning plan for Tiger Stadium. This morning, the EDC selected Larson Realty Group's proposal for retail, real estate, and a park, rejecting Roxbury's proposal for pretty much the same thing.
These are the first renderings released of Larson's plan, which sets itself apart by including not only apartments, but buyable housing. Perhaps those brownstone-like structures along Trumbull?
