There's no denying that NoCo is a neighborhood on the rise, but $675,000 for nine vacant lots? That's pretty optimistic, especially when we're talking about a neighborhood with vacant lots aplenty. Mostly zoned for residential development, these lots used to provide parking for Tiger Stadium and are located off of Cochrane between Spruce and I-75. We can see the appeal for developers—the pedestrian bridge to Corktown would literally be in your backyard—but living next to the roar of the freeway can only have so much appeal, right? Although each lot has its own listing on Trulia, the listings all mention that the properties won't be split.
