Apparently, trash attached to houses is a big Detroit draw. Of the Heidelberg project's 50,000 annual visitors, 35,000 are making the trek from outside of the city. Crain's is even saying it brings in the dough! The local economic impact—in areas of Detroit around Heidelberg—is about $2.8 million. For serious?
