Indian Village Short Sale to Scoop Before Hood Gets Hotter

New, 4 comments

At the short-sale price of $105,000 for 3,600 square feet, this 1906 Indian Village home is looking pretty sweet. And while the words "needs some repair but has great potential" are never listing highlights, this hood has enough going on to make a fixer-upper worthwhile. It looks like the entire "Villages" real estate crew is going with the marketing slogan of "Quiet. Quaint. Quirky." these days which is rather endearing. But more importantly, if the Tashmoo Biergarten goes full time next year (as planned) you'll be right around the corner. And who doesn't want to help organize a community festival called Living in the V?
