More Trouble For Owners As the Wurlitzer Building Crumbles

Hard hats may be needed downtown! The Wurlitzer building that is owned by Wayne County Circuit Judge Daphne Mean Curtis and her husband Paul Curtis continues to create danger by dropping bricks. Just last week, on November 4, the couple had a court date for failure to secure the vacant building. The adjacent Cafe 1515 Broadway employees have been complaining since the summer about the brick dropping bad neighbor. Sounds like more legal troubles lie ahead!
