Hamtramck Tries to Sell A "Pool Hole" for $155 K

New, 1 comment

We could be wrong. There's a chance you might open the door to this place and fall into the deep end. But we think that what is really for sale for $155,000 is commonly called a "pool hall," aka an establishment for billiards, instead of "pool hole" as the listing says. The building has 3,000 square feet and claims it could be used for a variety of retail purposes. We don't think a swimming pool is advisable.
