Two weeks ago, the Broderick Tower made its lease applications available and already eight reservation agreements have been signed for apartments that are still under renovation and won't be ready for move-in until September 2012. Chris Lillevand from Broderick Tower Leasing reports that after last weekend's building tour, she has 20 more applications to process, all of which look good. What this means is that the building might already be 22% reserved! There are about 100 units left; not bad for a construction site. All of the top-floor double story penthouses are taken, but there are some single level ones (from floor 25 up) still up for grabs.
