Looks like the Detroit News has been reading the Curbed Detroit Map of Public Art! They've posted a video tour of the famous Hamtramck Disneyland with creator Dmytro Szylak. This adorable man is not one to pontificate on the meaning of his art. Quoth he, "your eye see what you're looking at." And what we see is magical kitsch of an endearing breed! This dear old soul used to spend eight hours a day in his garage working but has since run out of places to keep installing. Perhaps it's time for Hamtramck Disney World? One naysayer hopes not, calling it an eyesore.
