But his office will not comment. But if it all works out, this should "should speed the process by cutting through political bickering between Bing and the City Council over management and help smooth over the bumpy relations with M-1 Rail -- a group of wealthy private investors who have quietly expressed displeasure with the Bing administration's management of the project so far."
