Overpriced for a Non-Mies Townhome in Lafayette Park

New, 1 comment

Lafayette Park is the neighborhood made famous for its town homes designed by mid-century modernist architect Mies Van Der Rohe. And, wonder of wonders, you can purchase one of them right now for less than $ 100 K. So why would anyone in their right mind list a much fuglier no-name-architect designed condo in the same hood for a whopping $249,500. It's a 3 bedroom 2,000 square-footer with a depressing patio and even more blah-boring exterior facade. We're expecting it to Price Chop hard and fast.
