Today is the final day of the Wayne County tax auction so it's time for some trend spotting. While most tax auction bidders went wild for commercial property and ignored the housing stock, one bidder went for three homes on one road. The bidders name, DLBA, sounds suspiciously like the Detroit Land Bank, but don't hold us to that yet. DLBA bought 11 properties with uncontested bids that went for the minimum asking price. On Cadieux Road the math is as follows:
4145 Cadieux $11,400
5961 Cadieux $23,200
6015 Cadieux $17,900
Bidding will go for a few more hours today, so check whydontweownthis for live updates and the complete list of Sold Stuff.
