The remains of an elegant 1920s-era ballroom have been hiding out the Park Shelton building behind drywall and a drop ceiling until business owner Rachel Lutz found them yesterday. She is now rethinking her plans for renovation so that she can preserve the space for her future boutique, The Peacock Room.
