It's looking like foreclosure looms for the The Riverfront Towers apartment complex. Fannie Mae sued the towers' owners on Wednesday, alleging they owe almost $70 million on a $55 M mortgage. '"Wow, that is not good news," said former Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Conrad Mallett Jr., who lives in one of the towers.' Rosa Park lived (and died!) in the building. Other former residents include ex-Mayor Coleman Young, and Bob Probert of Detroit Red Wings fame. [Detroit News]
