The Detroit metropolitan area managed to boost home prices by 1.2% while Washington D.C. only raised theirs by 0.3% and everyone else sucked it up and lowered theirs. But before you get too excited, keep in mind that they are still 28% lower than they were in 2000. Not that you should really miss that year. All that Y2K crap was annoying. [Freep]
