When are you opening? is apparently not a business owner's favorite question (and yet we still cannot help ourselves from screaming WHEN????) To head off the questions, the Detroit Institute of Bagels is updating us on the progress at their Corktown building via a blog. "To allow you to come along for the ride to our grand opening slated for [insert month/insert day/2012], we’re documenting our progress as we take 1236 Michigan Avenue from its current state to an institute of bagels, or more precisely, Detroit’s Institute of Bagels."
