A new restaurant on E. Grand River in Detroit called COLORS-Detroit held a grand opening Tuesday. Organized by the New York-based non-profit group Restaurant Opportunities Center (ROC) the place is part culinary institute and part business incubator. The menu features multicultural cuisine made with a variety of local ingredients and the organization trains the staff on how to create cooperative food industry startups. [Huff Post Detroit]
