Bloomfield's Maple Art Theater will close at the end of January. They have lost the lease on the 1974 building where they have been for the last 13 years. The theater offered independent and foreign language films and was operated by Landmark, which will continue to run Royal Oak's Main Art Theater. [Birmingham Patch]
