Book nerds and building nerds: rejoice! One of the four libraries that Detroit closed this winter will reopen this February and its a good looking one! The Monteith branch on the east side will be back thanks to grassroots groups that marched, rallied, and raised a little "Hell Yes For Books!" As one lady put it, "we occupy Detroit for REAL."
