Vacant Bank in RO To Become Brewery/Restaurant

New, 4 comments

A vacant drive-through bank building on Main Street in Royal Oak will become a new location for the Jolly Pumpkin Brewery with a 379-seat restaurant. MLive is reporting that there will be a 4,300 sq. ft addition, retail shop, outdoor cafe seating and seating in a seasonal outdoor garden. It would seem that they have not closed yet, but Northern United Brewing Co. should be getting the building for $950,000. Here's hoping this addition to that post-collegiate black-out drinking block street of the city attracts a more upscale micro-brew crew.
