A big yellow “for sale” sign that was taken down alerted the Royal Oak Patch that there might be a buyer for an auto dealership that has been vacant since 2008. Last summer, Kroger was interested in buying it for a new store, but could not get approval from the Planning Commission. Located at 400 N. Main St., the property is listed for $3.5 million and includes a 4,000-square-foot car wash, 11,550-square-foot showroom and 27,302-square-foot service and parts area, it says. [Royal Oak Patch]
