Here at Curbed we're looking for freelancers who live and breathe the local real estate and development scene. Did you make a New Year's resolution to keep up with your abandoned building news? Do you walk past a construction site and want to know what is going on? Are you obsessed with finding out about new business openings first? And, most importantly, are you an experienced writer who can capture the tone and voice we love and wrangle it into a blog post? If so, please drop us a line explaining a bit about yourself as well as any writing samples you've done. If you have a few ideas for stories you'd like to write, feel free to include that too. We're looking to start someone off at one post a week and we'll see where it goes from there. This is a flexible gig that demands a sense of humor. Send everything to detroit@curbed.com. If we like what we see, we'll follow up quickly.
