Loyal Curbed readers will know we did not wait for this morning's media tour to take you to the M@dison. We revealed Skidmore Studio's office on the fourth floor earlier this month. But today we snagged photos of a space we'd previously only seen from our tour of the adjacent Broderick Tower. Turns out the roof deck of Dan Gilbert's M@dison is a party space you can rent for corporate events or weddings. Tip to upcoming Broderick residents: play your cards right and you might be able to roll out your window onto a party! One of the apartments basically adjoins the deck, which has an enviable view to the home of the Detroit Tigers: Comerica Park.
