GRDC Lists Another Totally Renovated Former Foreclosure

New, 1 comment

The Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation has done it again! The non-profit bought a foreclosed home (this time from Chase Bank) and spiffed it up like new, then put it on the market for an incredible price. Currently they are offering this home with just under 2,000 square feet for only $ 85 K. The three-bedroom is sporting refinished hardwood floors, an exquisite stained-glass window, a fireplace, and a two-car garage. GRDC gave it a new roof, a high-efficiency furnace, central air conditioning, a new driveway, updated electrical and plumbing systems and a totally remodeled kitchen. And while it's a bit more gorgeous outside than in, you'll just have to bring your own style for the interior and that's not asking much at this point.
