"That's not my bridge," says trucking magnate Manuel (Matty) J. Moroun (owner of Michigan Central Station aka THE abandoned train station) in hopes of avoiding a court date. Moroun is the owner of the Ambassador bridge, Detroit's gateway to the wonders of Canada. The problem is that the Gateway Project, a joint project between the Detroit International Bridge Co. (Moroun's company) and the Michigan Department of Transportation, has not been completed. Say the lawyers, "Mr. Moroun is not the owner of DIBC. DIBC is owned by DIBC Holdings Inc." of which the "Manuel J. Moroun Trust ? is a minority owner of DIBC Holdings." Which puts the pressure/blame on Dan Stamper, president of the DIBC.
