The Atlantic Cities list of 2011's Biggest Transportation Failures, inexplicably, did not include Detroit's failure to get it together to put light rail down Woodward Ave after working on the plan for four years. They selected the Detroit bus driver strike (8) and Troy's rejection of a transit (9) for the 10-item list. Huh? Listen, Atlantic Cities, the Motor City is really, really bad at public transit; you are going to have to do a better job of keeping up with how. [The Atlantic Cities]
