Half Of The New Auburn Apartments Are Already Leased

New, 5 comments

Maybe people don't line up for midtown Detroit apartments the way they do for new iPhones, but they sure get excited to be the first person to have a new one. At the Auburn apartments, all of the studios (there were four) have been leased, as well as 25 of the one-bedrooms. This means that just about half (27 of the total 58 units) are spoken for just one week after leasing began at the new building which expects to move residents in on November 1. According to Leasing manager Michael Martorelli, second floor units have been more popular than third. Does this mean Detroit favors poured concrete floors over bamboo? Ask Siri for us.
