Here's what seems to be a follow up on our earlier post about the Dan Gilbert (founder of Quicken Loans and owner of Bedrock Real Estate Services) "Z Lot" development plan. This notice was found in the Broadway Loft building, just one block from Library street, where the "Z lot" plan is rumored to be. Only in this case, the development is not being called a "a mixed use development," it is being called "a high rise parking lot." What is going on down there on Library Street?
