Redevelopment of Palmer Park's apartment buildings seems to be moving along, especially on the corner facing Woodward Avenue. Here's the Palmer Lodge building as seen last Friday, somewhere in the process of getting all new windows. The Indian Village-based real-estate development company, Shelborne Development, purchased nearly a dozen apartment buildings in Palmer Park in recent years, according to Model D. According to an old Loop Net listing, the Palmer Lodge is 57,406 square feet, was built in 1924, and has 52 apartments.
