Millender Center is already pretty expensive for Detroit. One bedrooms are $1,000-1,400. Two bedrooms are $1,400-2,600. The units are extremely standard, well maintained, but a little dated. New kitchens and wood floors would probably let them rent for more, but that's getting too deep into luxury territory, and even if the units are nice, the overall architecture of the building is not luxury. I have a hard time imagining rich people declaring Millender Center as their residence at cocktail parties...Although I do have to say, even though the units are dated, they're a lot more solidly constructed than Broderick Tower's... :( -Anon [Village Green, Developer of DCA, Has Been Eyeing Millender]
