Ouch. This exterior photo hurts a little to look at. What's worse is that somehow this place is painted light pink and lime green inside. Talk about insult on injury. But location, location, location. Avery Street in Woodbridge is a lovely tree-lined block. Here's hoping someone can save this foreclosure in a hood where the comparable sales have been something to cheer about lately. May we suggest bringing a contractor to the viewing? The ask is $40,500.
