Here's a North Corktown fixer-upper just across I-75 from the old Tiger Stadium. NoCo, which we hope someday forms into the delicious peanut butter layer in a Corktown-Woodbridge sandwich of vibrant neighborhoodness, can currently boast Motor City Casino as the main attraction. Hey, there are nice restaurants in there somewhere. The three-bedroom is 2,248 square feet and has some "significant" foundation issues.
