The City of Detroit appears ready to seize control of the crumbling Packard Plant from owner Dominic Cristini, who has failed to pay property taxes on the site for several years. He wont be sad to see it go. "The city can kiss my ass," Cristini said. "Do me a favor and knock the Packard down. I'm tired of it."
