Willeke-Designed Indian Village Home Hits the Market At 235K

New, 5 comments

A real gem in Indian Village just popped up, and this gem is particularly shiny—it was designed by noted architect Leonard B. Willeke. Willeke was known to be fond of intricate brickwork (you can find it throughout Indian Village), and it's obvious this house is no exception. It's too bad the agent hasn't posted any pictures yet (the listing looks too fresh) because a beautiful fireplace involving Pewabic tiling is mentioned. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this house was built in 1917 and is currently asking $235,000. We'll update the link as soon as pics come along.
