According to the Detroit News, the city is real impressed with the recent restoration of the Lucien Moore House (now known as The Edmund) in Brush Park. So impressed, in fact, that it might like to dip its toes into what the Detroit News inexplicably refers to as the "fledgling trend" of restoring historic properties as apartments.
