Unless your heart belongs to the Park Shelton exclusively (and we understand if it does), you might want do a little shopping around before laying down the big bucks on this one.
Update: Sadly, there is no rooftop hot tub at the Park Shelton (though our listing mentions one). Management tells us that they hope to bring residents a hot tub in the future.
