If you need a Wednesday morning pick-me-up, we'd like to suggest the freshly opened SocraTea at the 71 Garfield Building in the Sugar Hill area. Currently the city's only tea room, SocraTea hopes to eventually offer 50 varieties of organic tea. They'll soon have competition, however, as Tarot Tea is set to open this spring in the West Village.
