This is a double-edged sword: on one hand it is good to diversify crowd offerings and bring business to the city. On the other hand, they're entering an already over-saturated market segment (does downtown really need another sports bar? There are so many other types of businesses we need than this) and to top it off, the parasitic, bastardized "design" should make anyone cringe.
