Come anywhere near DTW (Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport) and people will ask if you have been to the legend that is Zingerman's yet. The Ann Arbor sandwich joint is arguably one of the more famous tourist destinations in the area (yeah that is right, Michigan Central Station, we said it!) But here are some ingredients that do not sound too tasty: Corporate training programs and a Pittsfield Township business park. Apparently Zingerman’s leased a 6,400-square-foot space to expand the ZingTrain division which teaches their business techniques. "ZingTrain holds two-day business seminars for $995 a person, according to its website. It also develops customized training workshops at rates of $1,500 to $3,000 for 1 to 2 hours, $3,000 to $4,000 for a half day or $5,000 to $6,000 for a full day." We're guessing that at that price, this is about more than how to fit 14 ingredients between two slices of bread. [AnnArbor.com]
