Eagle-eyed readers are the best! When we posted the listing for the home above last week, they said, "Hey, I have seen that one in the news before." Turns out that last October it was the subject of a Free Press story about the west village neighbors coming together to get drug dealing squatters thrown out. So add "persistent and dedicated neighborhood association" to the list of amenities on this one, which it seems is owned by Bank of America at the moment. Given the rough history, we bet the west villagers would happily throw a party for a new buyer, which this charmer certainly deserves.
