Been in this building and had dealings with the previous owners. It is an awesome building. The interior will need alot (A LOT) of work but has some stunning details like amazing wood paneled rooms and offices. The previous owners wanted to turn it into an art center when they bought it decades ago so it's fitting that it is being sold to an arts organization.
