More than half of the building is reserved, but curious would-be tenants continue to tour the Broderick Tower's in-progress apartments. As of Saturday, units were available on floors five to 24, and on 27 and 32. The rest are spoken for (though not formally leased. The building asks for a deposit to hold them). The new pricing released on March 5, puts monthly rents between $760 for a small studio, up to $3,620 for a penthouse three-bedroom. There seem to be plenty of two-bedrooms still available for around $1,550 on lower floors. In the meantime, we hear there is a model unit that will be done in early April, but why wait to sit back and take a photo tour of the building's construction? Framing, wires, and some historic flooring likely to get covered up real soon! We have all the details.
