A Welcome Shock of Color At The 2051 Rosa Parks Building

Well here is an interesting teaser for things to come at 2051 Rosa Parks (where our ass works). The building, which is somewhere in the midst of being redeveloped by owners Scott Griffin and Angel Gambino who paid $270,000 for it last September, is now sporting some hot new graffiti on the fist floor's warehousey space. In January, Crain's reported that they had received more than 50 inquiries from prospective tenants, but so far it is just us office drones in here. Or so we thought. Looks like things are getting arty up on the other side of the 100,000 square foot sprawler, and not a moment too soon. We'll keep you posted as our own decor develops with some help from Street Culture Mash.
