This is the view from the Broderick Tower onto a roof deck owned by Dan Gilbert. No not the M@dison Party deck, the other building adjacent to the Broderick with a roof deck. This is 1500 Woodward, the building he bought in the tax auction, which Bedrock Real Estate is marketing in search of a commercial tenant. Their website currently says "4,052 square foot, single-story building. Retail property with rooftop terrace." Well it's a rooftop alright, but thus far it would seem they forgot the terrace. We'll be monitoring this one for signs of life and names with symbols because knowing Gilbert, we are sure it is in the works. Stay tuned at this deck goes from $15.00 Woodward to something like $15K Wowward.
