I've been in one of the 'sun room' units (not all of them have that), and they're nice. All tenants also have access to a decent-sized storage unit in the basement. I believe there's a laundry room down there, too. Neighbors within the building seem cool. But it's a weird block. The east end at Woodward is pretty sketchy. The west end at Second Street is nice. This building is pretty much right at the west end. One time my friend accidentally left her wallet on the seat of her car overnight in plain view with the doors unlocked, and it was still there the next morning.
