Four of Dan Gilbert's downtown buildings should be either completely full or nearly full by the end of the year, causing Detroit business owners to shake uncontrollably with giddy excitement. Model D tells us that the M@adison and Chase buildings are now at 100% capacity. The Dime Building is 54% full and should be 85% full by the end of the year. The First National Building, though at 58% capacity currently, should reach 90% "shortly." [Model D]
