An Agent Opinion

New, 1 comment

In response to this morning's post about a Palmer Park listing that maps in Highland Park, real estate agent Austin Black of City Living Detroit writes that this place has bigger problems than zip code weirdness. "I showed this home a few weeks ago and it is 15,000 sq ft, not 5,000. I think the listing agent has a case of fuzzy math. This home is huge and needs a lot of work! The former owner decided it was cool to rip out the solid hardwood floors in the foyer and replaced with tacky marble floors." Well there you have it. Who can worry about bad maps when there is still bad math and bad taste to contend with? Maybe a rumor will make this place more appealing. Austin also said he'd heard the home was built by the Woolworth family. [CurbedWire Inbox]
