Is it because hipsters still think fixed-gear bikes make them bad-ass? The percent of people in their teens, 20s and 30s with driver's licenses is dropping. One stat says that among Americans aged 20 to 24, nearly 92 percent had driver's licenses in 1983. Twenty-five years later, the share fell to 82 percent. Maybe we are just replacing the need to get around with the desire to sit in front of our MacBooks reading blogs all day?
