It does look nice. Definitely an improvement over what was/is there. Funny play on scale, but I'm reading four stories. Architecturally, it reminds me a bit of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago building on E. Warren/Russell (who's the arch behind that?). Hopefully it doesn't come with a mega fence around it!
