Downtown real estate king Dan Gilbert has cooled off on his Detroit shopping spree and is now seeing his investments fill up. The Detroit News reports this afternoon that the Chrysler House née Dime Building has found two more tenants, "bringing the total to 36 and its occupancy to 92 percent." The News also has a rendering of what the newly re-branded 1912 office tower will look like with big letters across it spelling--you guessed it--Chrysler House.
