Whoever bought this top-floor loft last really scored. They paid just $17,500 for it in 2010. With all the work they've put into it, they now want $69,900. The place offers art deco glass windows in a historic 1912 building but the loft seems pretty modern from the somewhat fuzzy photos. Definitely the exposed brick walls are a plus and it's a pretty prime Woodbridge location (about one whole block from the Woodbridge Pub). It could use some "finishing touches" and maybe even some new flooring, but all in all, seems decently comfortable. The one-bedroom has 1,200 square feet.
